Reserve+ Made a Small Mistake
Our client ended up on a "wanted list" via the Reserve+ app — flagged as "Wanted by the TCC" (Territorial Conscription Center). Police had even been instructed to "deliver" him to the center.
The reason? "Failed to appear in response to a summons."
But our lawyer had one question: "A summons? What summons? Where's the evidence?" — And the court agreed.
The facts:
- No ruling under Articles 210 or 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses existed — which means no violation existed either!
- Placing a person on a wanted list without a formal ruling is like slapping a fine on a car you don't even own.
Result:
1. The TCC's actions were ruled unlawful
2. The client was removed from the wanted list
3. Court costs were charged to the TCC
The moral of the story: Don't let bureaucracy slap a "bad guy" label on you. And even if Reserve+ says something — it can be just a little bit wrong!
